TKD Black Belt and Muay Thai kickboxer, The self proclaimed kick demon has been conquering the wrestling scene these past few months and showing that her hybrid mixed martial arts and pro wrestling style is what the business needs in this age of wrestling.
Hailing from DC and carrying four years of wrestling experience under her belt, Janai has gotten into a groove and now that wrestling in the US is up and running again, Janai has been zig zagging around the country to show her deadly strikes.

Whether it be appearances in AEW, ROH, Game Changer Wrestling or ProUnapologetic’s Black Girl Majik show, Kai has made a name for herself. Her ascent reminds me of Rob Van Dam’s rise in ECW. The fans were in awe of this chill, mellow tie dyed wearing guy that could be high flying one minute and also throw some swift kicks. He brought a hybrid style that fans got behind, I believe that the same will be said of Janai.
Janai’s presence is intense, soul stirring and then she hits you with the 90s mortal Kombat like feels when she takes her opponents apart.
Her match with Trish Adora in ROH proved that she can hang with the best in the industry and that she knows how to tell a story in the ring while also showing her extreme athletic talent.
Even though AEW hasn’t been the best when it comes to debuting the women properly, I feel that the crowd became intrigued with Janai when she fought against Red Velvet in AEW Dark a few weeks ago.
I believe that if ROH can come back strong ,then Janai could be perfect to help build the Pure wrestling women’s division.
Sky’s the limit for Janai Kai. She comes off as one of a kind on any roster so she is an asset to any division.
